Agreement to Terms

By using the services of FairWay Hollister Tree Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming in Hollister, CA and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to our professional assessment and may be adjusted based on site conditions, weather, or safety requirements.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Permits and Property Access

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities before work begins. We can advise you on permit requirements, but final responsibility rests with the property owner.

You must provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect our work.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to find a new time that works.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liability and Insurance

FairWay Hollister Tree Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect you and our crew.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves some inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by acts of nature.

Cleanup and Debris Removal

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all debris and leave your property clean. Wood chips from stump grinding may be left on site or removed based on your preference and our agreement.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available for situations involving immediate danger to people or property. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates due to the urgent nature and timing of the work.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will address your concerns. Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from weather, acts of nature, or improper property maintenance after our service.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used only for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
